Product Description
The Aztech All-Metal Metric Hex FlexSix Locknut is the industrial workhorse of the product line. Compliant with ISO2320 testing, this all-metal prevailing torque locknut is available in a full range of sizes through M39 diameter. It derives its locking action entirely from the geometry of the nut itself—six deflected metal “beams” that grip the bolt thread mechanically across these discrete, engineered contact segments. Each beam carries a proportional share of the load for a locking action that is secure, uniform, and repeatable. Threads are 2B fit and match the typical mating thread. Certification of testing and performance is provided with each shipment.
Available variations come in all thread pitches & fits and a wide range of materials, including Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass and Aluminum.
